a) How will you develop, enhance, and/or sustain your role as an HR SBP in your organization? If no such role currently exists, identify some of the actions or activities you might introduce to your organization in order to introduce such a role and the vital contributions which can be made to the organization?
(b) As the SBP, identify possible contributions you might make to the IHRM trends and challenges of the future.
(c) Identify and describe possible ethical issues which may surface in the areas discussed in (a) and (b) above.
